It's been couple of Fall seasons that I tell myself that I need to go out & buy myself some stylish & comfortable ankle-height black boots with a chunky heel. So that I can actually walk in them. But what do I do instead? I go for the grey ones, high-heeled stilletto'd ones or pass on the boots altogether & purchase some sneakers. Wedge sneakers, mind you, but not boots!

This year's black ankle boot frenzy makes it nearly impossible not to find the perfect hardware-clad pair. Whether leather, suede, buckled or zipped, there is a black boot for everyone out there. And following this logic, there must be one for me, myself & my feet as well.
So I scoured stores, worldwide & local (ok, mainly from my laptop, but scouring it still was!) to find the greatest biker-meet-cowboy-meet-rock star styles so we can all become black boot cousins this time around. You game?
