So there are actually 6 bloggers who were recently invited to design a limited edition shoe for Farfetch, including the likes of talented writer & stilista Susie Lau (Style Bubble) & the hysterical Leandra Medine of The Man Repeller. As much as I'm loving the dangerously spikey navy/bordeaux chunky heeled booties from funny girl Medine, I'm a little appalled by Susie's 70s pastel clunkaroo. Yes, well, it is a matter of taste, but the latter to moi are horrendous. Which is a tad disappointing as Susie's iconic style could have been interpreted in a much more aesthetically pleasing manner! Oh well, I guess I'll let this one little misstep slide 😉

With respect to the other designs, Alix of Cherry Blossom Girl fame, created beautiful sparkly bow heels that remind me of a clear, starry night sky! Caroline’s Mode creation? Will probably be a best-seller, but hardly my cup of tea. And although I’m not a men's shoe conosseur, Bloggers Evan & Steve’s designs both have great forms & punchy details that can easily be worn outside the male fashionista sphere.
When & Where can you retrieve a pair? Starting Nov 22th at Farfetch.com. If you really want your fashion blogger shoe fix, I’d encourage you to be one of the first to buy, ’cause as you probably know, these bloggers have a seriously devoted follower base who’ll likely be warring online to get their desired pair!
Would you place any of these shoes on your wish-list?!

Isn't that the truth, ShoeTease. I spend many hours every week looking and writing about high heels, I love them but unfortunetly my pocket book doesn't allow me to purchase a lot of them either. My personal favorite in this line up are the midnight blue high heel pumps by Alix of Cherry Blossom Girl. Beautiful!

The more I look at Alix's sparkly blue creations, the more I adore them!

Yvan and Caroline get my vote. It's the little details that did it for me. But would I order them????? probably not.

There is a definite fine line between loving a shoe & actually ordering, for sure. If I ordered every shoe or boot I fell in love with, I'd be in some massive amount of trouble!
